By accepting this Privacy Policy, the artist authorizes the non-exclusive use of such materials within the contexts mentioned above. Área Temporal also commits to informing selected artists in a timely manner about any collaboration, exhibition, or participation related to their work.

 

Artists retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over the works and materials submitted at all times.

 

The information and materials provided will not be used for direct commercial purposes unrelated to the curatorial, editorial, and dissemination activities developed by Área Temporal. Any use related to editorial content, digital media, or derived digital assets shall be governed in accordance with Section 7. Digital Assets and Web Circulation of this policy.

 

In the event of selection or collaboration, the professional relationship may be formalized through specific contracts or agreements between both parties.

 

The artist may request at any time the restriction, modification, or cancellation of the use of images, records, or materials related to their work through written communication to the email indicated in Section 5. User Rights of this policy.

 

7. Digital Assets and Web Circulation

 

Área Temporal may use photographic records, graphic materials, and content derived from the artists’ works to develop editorial, visual, and dissemination materials intended for digital platforms, web environments, and blockchain systems.

 

These materials may include graphic design, editorial composition, curatorial mediation, visual adaptation, and other elements developed by the gallery for communication, archiving, research, exhibition, and digital circulation purposes.

 

The digital assets generated by the gallery do not constitute the original artwork nor an autonomous commercial reproduction thereof, but rather derived content produced from authorized records and materials within the curatorial, editorial, and dissemination activities of Área Temporal.

 

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the artist authorizes Área Temporal to use, circulate, and commercialize such digital assets within blockchain platforms and associated digital environments.

 

Such use does not imply the transfer of economic rights or intellectual property ownership over the original artworks.

 

In the event that these digital assets generate income for the gallery, the conditions regarding economic participation and corresponding distribution shall be regulated subsequently through specific agreements formalized between both parties.

 

8. Scope and Modifications
